Service Tool International is pleased to introduce its New HS Series Conversion Systems, which demonstrates Service Tool’s ongoing commitment to new technology and innovations. 

These new systems are designed to operate at higher speeds than the current conversion system that the industry has been accustomed to in the production of full aperture easy open ends. 

These new systems incorporate the latest up grades in the Service Tool’s easy open end production technology which are incorporated into a special STI/Minster EC-H125 conversion press. 

Besides the system’s greater speed and higher production, the HS Series Conversion System includes many innovations and improvements in process control, mechanical performance and accessibility.  The HS Series Conversion System incorporate the first closed loop automatic score residual adjustment installed on a production press.

The New HS Series Conversion Systems are guaranteed to operate at speeds of 650 strokes per minute, resulting in 2600 ends per minute.  During the introduction, Service Tool demonstrated continuous operation at speeds up to 680 strokes per minute.  This demonstrates that these new systems still have an open window to higher yields in the future.
